Blood donation camp organised

ALLAHABAD: A blood donation camp was organised at Behrana on Sunday. The camp was organised under the auspices of Sant Nirankari Mandal.
MP Reoti Raman Singh inaugurated the camp. He said blood donation is a noble deed as it helps saving human lives. There is no harm in donating blood and any healthy and normal person can donate it, Singh said.
The Member of Parliament expressed concern over environmental pollution.He exhorted the volunteers of Sant Nirankari Mandal that they should plant saplings and work for conservation of water and added that all round efforts should be made for its conservation.
A team of doctors from Swaroop Rani medical College, Motilal Nehru Hospital and Allahabad Medical Association supervised blood donation at the camp.
