Notices to DGP, home secretary
AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday issued show-cause notices to the secretary (home) and DGP K Chakravarthi following a writ petition challenging the amended recruitment rules for the post of police constables filed in the court of Justice PB Majmudar.
Over 60 constables were a party in this petition which challenged the recruitment rules contained in a government resolution of August 22.
