Man murdered brutally in Ahmedabad over love affair

AHMEDABAD: Ishwar Marwadi, resident of

Kubernagar

was

brutally

stabbed to death by accused Deepak Chaudhary and two others on Sunday night. Chaudhary was rushed to civil hospital however the doctors on duty declared him brought dead. According to

Sardarnagar

police sources Marwadi was married to Pinky of Rajasthan while Pinky's brother was married to Marwadi's sister who also is known by the name of Pinky.

"However two months back Marwadi's sister Pinky fell in love with man named Deepak Chaudhary, also a resident of Kubernagar and eloped with him" added a Sardarnagar police official. This resulted in strained relationship between Marwadi and his wife Pinky too. "Pinly returned to her parents house in Rajasthan recenlty" a police official added. Nevertheless, Pinky could not bear brother Ishwar's strained married life and returned back home. "She along with her mother had gone to Rajasthan to bring Ishwar's wife back" said a police official.

However on Sunday evening, Deepak Chaudhary came to Ishwar's house along with two other unknown persons and took Ishwar with him to strike a compromise. "Deepak and his accomplices took Ishwar to a nearby temple and stabbed him multiple times and threw his body back at his house. Ishwar was rushed to civil hospital but could not survive. We are hunting for the accused" said a senior police official.
