On Monday morning, when Upadhyay’s driver
Mahesh Rabari was driving and he was sitting in the passengers’ seat, someone threw a stone at his car. Upadhyay said
Pravin Patel, who is a mechanic, threw the stone and damaged his right window glass. He said Patel rushed to him and began abusing him. Patel threw another stone at the car and damaged the rear glass.
Upadhyay said Patel also threatened to kill him, after which he called the police control room. He said Patel used to run a garage outside the Satyamev 2 complex. As he used to make the space filthy, Upadhyay got him to vacate it. Upadhyay also said that Patel had attacked a guard on February 15.
