Class 10, 12 board exam hall tickets available for download; schools asked to verify, stamp it

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has made hall tickets or admit cards for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams available for download from Tuesday afternoon. The exams are scheduled to begin on Feb 26.For Class 10 students, hall tickets can be downloaded through the official portals — ssc.gsebht.in, gsebht.in and gseb.org. Candidates from the general, vocational, Sanskrit Madhyama and basic streams can download their hall tickets from gen.gsebht.in, while science stream students must log in to sci.gsebht.in.
Schools have been instructed to download the hall tickets by logging in with their index number and registered mobile number or email ID. After downloading, schools must carefully verify subjects and medium as mentioned in the student's application form.The Board has directed schools to affix the candidate's photograph on the hall ticket and obtain signatures of the student, class teacher and principal. The school's official stamp must be placed in such a way that it partially covers the photograph. Additionally, printed examination instructions must be provided on the reverse side of the hall ticket, duly signed by both the student and the principal.Students are required to acknowledge receipt of the hall ticket in the online distribution list maintained by the school.In case of any discrepancies in subjects or other details, schools have been advised to immediately contact the concerned branch of the Board in Gandhinagar with relevant documents for necessary corrections.
