CM inaugurates A’bad international book festival

Ahmedabad: Chief minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the ‘Ahmedabad International Book Festival 2024' at the Ahmedabad Riverfront Event Centre in Paldi on Saturday morning. The event was organised by the AMC with support from the Union education ministry and the National Book Trust.The CM purchased various books, including titles like "Mother of Democracy — India", "Veda Kalpataru", "Samuhik Hit Ka Deep Jale (Mann Ki Baat @100)" and "Exam Warriors" written by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The CM also presented certificates of ‘Five Pledges for a Prosperous India' to students of civic schools and distributed the book ‘Exam Warriors' to children.The book festival features over 100 literary programmes, stalls from more than 300 publishers and books from over 1,000 publishers. will be held at the Riverfront Event Center, Paldi, from November 30 to December 8. It will end on Dec 8.
