Firozabad: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav morphed the Agra
Taj Car Rally into a political one as he took swipes at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bahujan Samaj Party chieftain
Mayawati.
The 42-year-old Yadav also listed his government’s achievements in the last four year by shedding light on Agra-Lucknow Expressway, the metro work of Lucknow and support to farmers.
He also said his government was doing its utmost as far as development in the state is concerned.
“Achche din dikhana wale na jaane kahan chale gaye, aur bua ji (Mayawati) ka bhi pata nahi chal raha hain (Where are the people who made tall promises before the general elections),” he said at the inauguration of the rally in Firozabad.
When questioned about return of Amar Singh in the SP fold, he said, "Heart is bigger than the party.”
