Agra: A 65-year-old man was allegedly bludgeoned to death with a brick during a neighbourhood dispute in Achhnera area of Agra recently and the accused has been arrested on Friday, said police. The incident took place on Wednesday in Gulab Nagar locality under Achhnera police station in Agra's West Zone.

Sabu Khan, a construction worker, was standing outside his house and scolding his children when his neighbour, Deepak Singh, allegedly misunderstood the remarks as being directed at him. Based on a complaint filed by the victim's son, Munna Khan, a case was registered under BNS Section 103(1) (murder).
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Deepak on Friday in Agra. On his identification, the half-brick used in the crime was seized.
During interrogation, the accused confessed to the crime, stating that he attacked Sabu Khan in anger after assuming he was being abused.
