Prodapt acquires UK-based SLR Dynamics

CHENNAI: Chennai-headquartered tech consulting and managed services provider Prodapt has acquired UK-based digital engineering and automation services company SLR Dynamics. SLR Dynamics operates in the TMT space and counts leading European and African telcos as its customers.The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed. This is Prodapt’s second acquisition this year following its acquisition of Silicon Valley-based Innovative Logic in August. Prodapt expects the acquisition of SLR Dynamics to strengthen Prodapt's leadership position in the connectedness vertical with the TMT industry accelerating digital transformation using technologies like 5G, cloud, Edge Computing and others.
