Iffco bags Association of India's award

NEW DELHI: Fertiliser cooperative Iffco has bagged the Association of India''s awards in the nitrogenous fertiliser category and safety for 2001-02.
While the Phulpur unit of Iffco won the award for ''Best Production Performance'' in nitrogenous fertiliser category, and Anola plant won the FAI award for excellence in safety, an Iffco statement said here.
Chemicals and Fertilisers Minister Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa presented both the awards to Iffco Executive Director (P&D) D K Gupta and M M Raheja, GM of the Phulpur plant at a function here.
