Corona: Air India allows one free change to all its passengers

NEW DELHI: Air India on Monday permitted one free change to passengers to postpone any international or domestic booking for a limited period due to coronavirus.


In a tweet Air India (AI) said: “In view of coronavirus situation and travel advisory issued, one free change permitted for passengers to postpone any international or domestic bookings on AI Network on all existing bookings with travel date till April 30, 2020, and on new bookings till March 31, 2020."

"Tickets must be re-issued on or before May 31, 2020. In case of re-routing, applicable difference of fare will be charged. Passengers are requested to contact our customer care number for further assistance,” it added.
