Neha Dhupia’s initiative
Freedom To Feed continues to spark meaningful conversations around motherhood, breastfeeding and the challenges of balancing personal and professional lives. Today the platform will host a live session featuring ace Indian badminton player and Commonwealth Games gold medalist
Jwala Gutta.
Jwala, who recently embraced motherhood, made headlines earlier this year with her remarkable gesture of donating 30 litres of breast milk to help infants in need. The move drew national attention to the importance of breastfeeding and underscored the need for greater awareness and support for mothers across India.
Speaking about the upcoming session, Neha Dhupia, said, “I am truly excited to have Jwala join us. She has always been a champion both on and off the court, and now as a new mother, she is leading by example in starting conversations that matter. Her story of strength, empathy, and resilience is one that so many women will connect with.”
From breaking barriers in Indian sport to reshaping narratives around motherhood and child health, Jwala Gutta’s journey reflects the strength of women who continue to lead change, both on and off the court.
