Kawasaki W800 Street, retro-themed roadster, launched at Rs 7.99 lakh

NEW DELHI: Kawasaki announced the launch of W800 Street in India on Friday, starting at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The retro-themed motorcycle would be available in metallic flat spark black/metallic matte graphite grey.
The bookings have started and Kawasaki told the deliveries of motorcycle would begin by mid-August.

W1 was the largest-displacement Japanese model during its time, and played a major part in establishing the image of Kawasaki as a manufacturer of large-displacement motorcycles, and is the foundation of W series.The W series made its presence in the Kawasaki family, and inspired the birth of the legendary machines such as the Kawasaki Z1 and Ninja H2 sportbikes.
