The 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 all-electric sedan has completed the EPA testing and achieved an estimated range of 508 km (316 miles) on full charge. The Ioniq 6 SE Long Range RWD variant received this EPA range, however the AWD Long Range variant also offers an EPA-estimated range of up to 508 km.
As compared to the Tesla Model 3 RWD variant, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 Long Range RWD can go 143 km further according to the EPA estimation.
The AWD trim of the Tesla Model 3 has an estimated range of 576 km (358 miles), leaving behind the Hyundai Ioniq 6 AWD variant.

Further he added, “Instead of just adding a larger battery to increase the range, we chose to optimize IONIQ 6’s aerodynamic performance and its Electric-Global Modular Platform for efficiency to produce these long driving ranges.”
Speaking of the Hyundai Ioniq 6, it has a drag coefficient of 0.21 that is assisted by active air flaps, wing-inspired spoiler with winglet, reduced wheel-arch gaps and more.
