GT Soul, One electric scooters launched with 60+ km range: Prices start at Rs 50,000

EV start-up GT Force today launched its two electric scooters, the GT Soul and GT One in the Indian market. The GT Soul electric scooter is available at a price of Rs 49,996 (ex-showroom, pan-India), while the GT One e-scooter is priced at Rs 59,800 (ex-showroom, pan-India).

Launched at a price of Rs 49,996 (ex-showroom, pan-India), the GT Soul e-scooter is offered in two variants - a Lead 68V 28 Ah battery and a Lithium 48V 24Ah battery. The former offers a range of 50-60 km per charge, while the latter offers a range of 60-65 km on a single charge, according to GT Force. Unveiled in the slow-speed category, the e-scooter clocks a top speed of 25 kmph.

The GT Soul is available with an 18-month motor warranty, 1-year lead battery warranty as well as a 3-year lithium-ion battery warranty. Featuring a BLDC motor and tubular frame, the GT Soul electric scooter has a kerb weight of 95 kg and a loading capacity of 130 kg. With a seat height of 760mm and a ground clearance of 185mm, the Soul e-scooter is offered in four colour options - Red, Black, White and Silver.

GT Force is offering the GT One e-scooter at a price of Rs 59,800 (ex-showroom, pan-India) in the slow-speed category. This electric scooter is also available in Lead 48V 24Ah and Lithium 48V 28Ah batteries, providing a range of 50-60 km per charge and 60-65 km on a single charge, respectively. It has a top speed of 25 kmph, as per brand claims. For rider’s comfort, the e-scooter is built on a tubular frame and a front hydraulic and telescopic rear double shocker with dual-tube technology.

The GT One has a seat height of 725mm, a ground clearance of 155 mm and a loading capacity of 140kg. Key notable features of the GT One electric scooter include parking mode, an anti-theft alarm, mobile charging, cruise control and reverse mode. The GT One colour options are Matt Red, Black, Silver and White.

Similar to the GT Soul, the GT One e-scooter is available with an 18-month motor warranty, 1-year lead battery warranty, and 3-year lithium battery warranty.

GT Force has over 100 dealerships across the country in 80 cities. The company states that with a monthly production capacity of 5000 units, the electric vehicle start-up has a strong presence in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan.
