Cars with cruise control under Rs 8 lakh: Tata Tiago, Triber & more
Cruise control, once limited to higher-priced sedans and SUVs, is increasingly being offered in more affordable cars in India as competition in the entry-level and compact segments grows. The feature allows a vehicle to maintain a constant speed without continuous throttle input, helping reduce driver fatigue during long highway journeys. Its availability in budget-friendly models reflects a broader market shift as automakers introduce features once associated with premium vehicles into lower price segments.
Manufacturers have already introduced technologies such as touchscreen infotainment systems, connected features, and improved safety equipment in smaller, more affordable cars. Cruise control is now being added to this list as companies try to attract value-conscious buyers. For customers planning to buy a car on a limited budget, a few models now offer cruise control in variants priced under Rs 8 lakh. While the feature is usually available in higher trims rather than entry variants, its presence in this price range highlights how feature lists in affordable cars are expanding. In this article, let’s take a look at cars under Rs 8 lakh with cruise control.
