Toyota has launched the Land Cruiser 300 to the Indian market, reintroducing it to its Indian portfolio after it was recently axed from the company’s official website. The 2025 iteration of the SUV now comes at a starting price of Rs 2.31 crore, ex-showroom, and going up to Rs 2.41 crore, ex-showroom. The latest edition also debuts the off-road-oriented GR-S variant for Indian buyers. Bookings for both trims, ZX and GR-S, are now open across Toyota’s dealerships in the country.

2025 Land Cruiser 300: Design, features and more


The Land Cruiser 300 is available in two exterior paint options: Precious White Pearl and Attitude Black. As for the design, the SUV features an imposing, boxy silhouette with a large grille at the front that also features a chrome panel running across the width of the vehicle, beneath the three-pod horizontally-slated three-pod LED headlamps. The GR variant features blacked-out alloy wheels, GR badgings and a black and red interior theme.

In terms of features, the SUV gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a digital driver’s display, four-zone climate control, a sunroof, ventilated front and rear seats, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.


Other key highlights include front and rear differential locks, a rear limited-slip differential, hill-start assist, hill descent control, crawl control, terrain modes, and an advanced four-camera off-road monitoring system. Safety features include Level 2 ADAS, 10 airbags, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, autonomous emergency braking, and adaptive headlights.

Under the hood, the Land Cruiser 300 is powered by a 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 diesel engine, generating 309 hp and 700 Nm of peak torque. This powerhouse is mated to a 10-speed automatic torque converter transmission, sending power to all four wheels via a full-time 4WD system.
