India’s two-wheeler industry closed November 2025 on a strong note, with major manufacturers posting healthy year-on-year growth. Hero MotoCorp continued to lead the market, while Honda, TVS, Suzuki and Royal Enfield also reported solid numbers across domestic and export markets.
Hero MotoCorp registered a robust 31% year-on-year increase, finishing the month with total sales of 6,04,490 units, up from 4,59,805 units in November last year. Domestic sales rose to 5,70,520 units, while exports climbed to 33,970 units.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India followed closely with total sales of 5,91,136 units. This included 5,33,645 units sold in the domestic market and 57,491 units exported during the month. The company posted a 25% year-on-year growth, continuing its strong run through the festive and post-festive period.
TVS Motor Company recorded a sharp uptick in demand, reporting total sales of 5,19,508 units, a significant 30% growth over the 4,01,250 units sold in November 2024. Two-wheeler sales alone grew 27%, reaching 4,97,841 units. Domestic sales climbed to 3,65,608 units, while motorcycles and scooters registered 34% and 27% growth respectively.
Bajaj Auto reported total two-wheeler sales of 3,79,714 units, a modest 3% growth over last year. Domestic sales stood almost flat at 2,02,510 units compared to 2,03,611 units in November 2024, while exports saw an 8% rise, increasing to 1,77,204 units.

Royal Enfield posted sales of 1,00,670 units, registering 22% year-on-year growth over 82,257 units sold in November 2024. Exports remained steady at 10,265 units, slightly higher than 10,021 units last year.
Suzuki Motorcycle India also had a strong month, reporting total sales of 1,22,300 units, up 30% from 94,370 units a year earlier. Domestic sales contributed 96,360 units, marking a 23% rise, while exports surged 62% to 25,940 units.
