This has helped the Japanese manufacturer record a positive year-on-year (YoY) growth of 4.3% as compared to July 2021.
The company's June 2022 domestic sales numbers stood at 52,929 units, which means that it recorded a month-on-month (MoM) growth in sales by 7,963 units.

The Katana is the latest motorcycle to be launched by the company in India. Suzuki is offering the motorcycle in India with two colour options - Metallic Mystic Silver and Metallic Stellar Blue.
The Katana is equipped with a 999 cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline four-cylinder engine that belts out 152 PS of maximum power, along with 106 Nm of peak torque. The transmission duties are taken care of by a 6-speed gearbox. The Katana gets a bi-directional quickshifter with throttle-by-wire, a slipper clutch, as well as a five-level traction control system.
