The Shotgun 650 Icon edition was first showcased at the EICMA 2024 and Motoverse 2024. Talking about the design, the Limited Edition Shotgun 650 is built on the standard model but incorporates unique design elements inspired by ICON’s custom build. It features a three-tone, race-inspired paint scheme, gold contrast-cut rims, and blue shock springs, giving it a distinctive look.
The ICON edition also features a red seat with an integrated logo and bar-end mirrors, blending factory craftsmanship with a custom-inspired aesthetic. This edition is designed to celebrate motorcycle customization, offering riders a stock model that closely resembles a one-off custom build. Additionally, each unit comes with an exclusive Slabtown Intercept RE jacket, specially designed by ICON. Crafted from a mix of suede and textile, the jacket features leather appliqués and embroidery, adding a touch of premium detailing to complement the motorcycle’s unique character.
Mechanically, the bike remains the same. It’s powered by a 648cc parallel-twin engine that puts out 47 BHP and 52.3 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Braking is taken care of by a 320mm disc at the front and a 300mm disc at the back. The suspension setup on the Shotgun consists of Showa USD forks at the front and pre-load adjustable dual shocks at the rear. Features include an LED headlight, Tripper navigation, and dual-channel ABS.
