6 interesting moments of Madhuri-Juhi on Koffee With Karan

Bollywood beauties Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, who will soon share screen space for the first time ever in their careers for the upcoming film Gulaab Gang, recently appeared on Koffee with Karan to promote their film. Juhi and Madhuri, who were touted as competition during the peak of their careers enjoyed each other's company and comfortably answered everything. From the working pattern of filmmakers during their time to the way the industry functions now, Madhuri and Juhi discussed everything. Both the actresses, laughed, giggled and shared some unknown facts about their Bollywood career and personal lives.  

Juhi Chawla regrets saying no to Dil Toh Pagal Hai: Juhi Chawla, who is still remembered for her golden smile and has starred in blockbusters like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Darr, Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke to name a few came across as someone who doesn't mince with words. The actress openly admitted to the fact that she regretted the decision of turning down Dil Toh Pagal Hai. The Yash Chopra production which went ahead to become one of the evergreen romantic films in the history of Indian cinema was initially titled Ajanta. And that's not all! Juhi also revealed the reason behind her decision of not doing the film. Juhi told Karan that she didn't want to play second fiddle to Madhuri Dixit and later also felt sorry for missing out on a good opportunity. The actress also pointed out that by doing this, she has made superstars of other little actresses.

The actress even at this age enjoys an amzing fan following. And viewers got to see one more example of the mad fan following the actress enjoys when she appeared on Koffee With Karan. During the show, a clipping of Bollywood's gen next actors revealing their love and affection for Madhuri and Juhi was shown, which left the former scandalized as in the clipping, Student of the Year star Sidharth Malhotra confessed that Madhuri is a kind of a woman he'd like to take to his bedroom. And when Karan asked Madhuri her reaction on the same, the actress said, "It's flattering. Only you're wasting your time... and mine." 

Madhuri and Juhi choose Salman as their brother: Though Salman Khan is loved by many and is one of the biggest heartthrobs of our nation, both the ladies seems to think differently on this. During the rapid fire round, Juhi and Madhuri were asked to choose who would they like to see as their husband, brother and friend from the three Khans- Salman, Shahrukh and Aamir. While both chose SRK as their husband and Aamir as their friend, the ladies shocked everyone by selecting Salman as their brother. In fact, during the show Juhi revealed that she feels that sometimes when Salman meets her at social events, he just looks through her. Well, Juhi Chawla and Madhuri Dixit may have always been in the news for their rivalry and animosity but on the Koffee With Karan couch both the actress showed amazing camaraderie.    

The Juhi and Aamir fight: Well, this was definitely one of the highlights of the show. Juhi and Aamir Khan, who have romanced each other in many blockbusters films like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke and Ishq, didn't speak to each other for approximately four to five years. Well, shocking isn't it? Yes, Juhi candidly spilled the beans on Aamir and her fight that happened on the sets of Ishq. The actress explained how a prank that Aamir played irritated her and she got upset and decided to not go on shoot the next day which ultimately led to the shoot being cancelled the next day. And the professional Aamir Khan didn't appreciate Juhi's behaviour. However, one fine day after not speaking to each other for years, Juhi decided to call up and meet Aamir. Both the superstars met each other and cleared all the misunderstandings and end the big fight.

Ranveer's special dedication for Madhuri-Juhi: Bollywood sensation Ranveer Singh, who is currently basking in the glory of his successful films like Ram Leela and Lootera impressed both Madhuri and Juhi on Koffee with Karan. The actor won the hearts of the Bollywood ladies with his dancing. In a montage played on the show, Ranveer paid a tribute to both the actresses by dancing on two of their most popular dance numbers. Both Madhuri and Juhi just couldn't control themselves and burst out laughing, when they saw Ranveer dancing on Dhak Dhak Karne Laga and Ghoonghat Ki Aad Se. In fact, Juhi was so impressed by Ranveer that she said that the actor did a better job than her.
