TV stars in Lucknow on Mumbai’s voting day

Kiku Sharda & Vishal Kotian were in Lucknow on Thursday to promote a new show on TV, when the rest of Mumbai was busy voting. While a lot of TV actors rescheduled their shootings to be able to vote, these two actors didn’t seem to have managed that.

While Kiku stayed mum when questioned on this, Vishal replied, “We couldn’t have cast our vote before coming, as we had an early morning flight to catch. Ab vote deke bhaagte hue toh flight catch nahi karengey na! We have requested the channel to ensure we are back in Mumbai before 7pm, so that we can vote.” Vishal probably doesn’t know, polling booths close at 6pm!
