Snow accumulation in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont

The storm extended its impact into Maine, bringing snow accumulations of up to 12 inches (30 centimeters) in certain areas, and locally higher amounts over southern New Hampshire and southwestern Maine. Wind gusts reaching up to 35 mph (56 kph) were anticipated to contribute to blowing and drifting snow. Rain in NY; snow in North, west counties

Residents in Cambridge, where the snowfall was less intense, promptly ventured outside. Alison Conley, 26, a consultant said, “I think it’s funny because everyone’s been freaking out about it.
