No room for any ICE agent: Minneapolis hotel cancels reservation; MAGA calls for 'boycott Hilton'
The Donald Trump administration claimed on Monday that Hilton Hotels in Minneapolis canceled reservations for law enforcement staff and put out in writing that they won't allow any ICE or DHA agents to stay at their property. This triggered a major MAGA backlash for the property as the administration accused the hotel administration of siding with "murderers and rapists".
"@HiltonHotels has launched a coordinated campaign in Minneapolis to REFUSE service to DHS law enforcement. When officers attempted to book rooms using official government emails and rates, Hilton Hotels maliciously CANCELLED their reservations. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Why is Hilton Hotels siding with murderers and rapists to deliberately undermine and impede DHS law enforcement from their mission to enforce our nation’s immigration laws?" the Department of Homeland Security posted.
The DHS cited an email sent from the hotel authorities, where they purportedly mentioned that there had been an influx of reservations from government staff.
"After further investigation online, we have found information about immigration work connected with your name and we will be cancelling your upcoming reservation. You should see a proper cancellatoon email in your inbox shortly from Hilton," the email said.
"We have noticed an influx of GOV reservations made today that have been for DHA, and we are not allowing any ICE or immigration agents to stay at our property. If you are wth DHS or immigration, let us know as we will have to cancel your reservation."
"Please pass on this info to your coworkers that we are not allowing any immigration agents to house on our property," it said.
The federal government is cracking down on fraud allegations coming from Minneapolis and has sent agents to the city. Earlier in the day, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced that he would not run for the Governor's election this year. While his announcement comes in the wake of the allegations of billions of dollars of fraud by Somalians in his state under his watch, he said he wants to work for Minnesota without thinking about the election.
"Hilton hotels serve as welcoming places for all. This hotel is independently owned and operated, and the actions referenced are not reflective of Hilton values. We are investigating this matter with this individual hotel, and can confirm that Hilton works with governments, law enforcement, and community leaders around the world to ensure our properties are open and inviting to everyone," Hilton Hotels said in a statement.

Hilton Hotels must be hiding illegals in their rooms or hiring illegals as employees. Hence they do not want any federal law enforcement coming to their hotels.Read allPost comment
