Notable celebrities including Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey are set to headline Kamala Harris' concluding rallies in Pennsylvania during Election Eve, as part of the final voter mobilisation effort for her campaign with Tim Walz.
The Philadelphia rally will showcase performances and speeches by various artists including DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, Freeway, Just Blaze, Lady Gaga, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ricky Martin, The Roots, Jazmine Sullivan, Adam Blackstone, and Oprah Winfrey. The Pittsburgh event will feature D-Nice, Katy Perry and Andra Day.
Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will attend these events, which are components of concurrent organising initiatives by the Harris-Walz campaign across seven crucial states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin).
A national livestream will connect both rallies to reach voters throughout the United States.
Earlier, Harris conducted rallies in Wisconsin's Madison and Milwaukee, featuring Gracie Abrams, Mumford & Sons, Remi Wolf, The National's Matt Berninger and Aaron Dessner, MC Lyte, GloRilla, Flo Milli and Cardi B. An Atlanta rally included Spike Lee, Victoria Monét, 2 Chainz, Big Tigger, Monica, and Bruce Springsteen.
Just before Election Day November 5, Harris appeared in Saturday Night Live's Cold Open alongside her impersonator Maya Rudolph. They performed a pre-election dialogue that included references to key states. "Any chance you are registered in Pennsylvania?" Harris asked Rudolph in the sketch.
