Does China want Elon Musk's 7-year-old brother? Father Errol makes a wild claim: 'He's a prolific gamer'

Errol Musk, the 79-year-old father of billionaire Elon Musk, has made a shocking claim: China is scouting his seven-year-old son, Rush, to become a gaming sensation in the country. Errol revealed that a Chinese businessman was staying at his South African home to facilitate Rush’s journey to China for a gaming tournament.

“They say he will be the biggest thing in China. They say he's a prolific gamer and he's a champion,” Errol said in an interview with the Daily Mail, showing little concern over sending his young son to a nation often viewed as America’s chief global rival.

Rush, the half-brother of Elon Musk, is the child of Errol and his 38-year-old girlfriend Jana Bezuidenhout — a woman Errol controversially raised as his stepdaughter before they had two children together.

Errol’s take on Elon’s alleged 13th child
When the conversation shifted to Elon Musk’s rumored 13th child with right-wing influencer Ashley St. Clair, Errol took the opportunity to speculate despite admitting he had no direct knowledge of the situation.

“I would be very annoyed if my father commented on things like this,” Errol acknowledged, before launching into a lengthy monologue questioning St. Clair’s credibility. “If it turns out not to be true, she would be a little crazy, don't you think?” he mused.

He also offered a blunt take on why any woman would want to have a child with Elon: “Any woman with a slight brain would be mad to turn down the opportunity if she were to be offered a child with Elon.”

From family drama to politics
Errol Musk is no stranger to making controversial statements, whether about his son or his own relationships. He once publicly criticized Elon’s parenting, blaming the tech mogul for the death of his firstborn son, Nevada, in 2002. However, in this interview, he seemed to shift his stance, calling Elon a “good father” who is “trying his best.”

Despite his usual harsh words, Errol expressed approval of Elon’s recent alignment with Donald Trump, saying he was not surprised by his son’s support for the former president. “If you’ve got any brains at all, then you support Trump,” Errol declared, recalling a time when Elon and his brother Kimbal had once scolded him for backing Trump in 2015.
