Freshly released documents linked to the Jeffrey Epstein investigations have reignited scrutiny of Bill Gates’ past association with the disgraced financier, after draft emails found on Epstein’s computer made a series of unverified and explosive claims about the Microsoft co-founder’s private life.




The emails, released as part of a large disclosure by US authorities, include allegations by Epstein that Gates feared he had contracted a sexually transmitted infection and had sought help procuring antibiotics to give his wife without her knowledge. Gates has categorically denied the claims, calling them “absurd” and “completely false”.

What the new documents allege

According to the documents, Epstein drafted emails to himself in 2013, some addressed to “Bill”, in which he alleged that Gates had sought medical assistance through him following sexual encounters with “Russian girls”. In one message, Epstein claimed Gates asked him to delete emails referring to an alleged STD and other intimate details.



The files also include draft correspondence written in the voice of Boris Nikolic, a former adviser to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, describing ethical unease and internal strain. There is no indication that Nikolic authored, approved, or was even aware of these emails.

Gates’ representatives have dismissed the material as fabrications by a disgruntled individual, arguing that the documents demonstrate Epstein’s resentment at no longer having access to Gates rather than any wrongdoing by the billionaire philanthropist.

Gates’ response

Gates has rejected the allegations outright and reiterated that his association with Epstein was a serious mistake. He has previously acknowledged meeting Epstein several times, saying he had hoped Epstein could help raise funds for global health initiatives, a decision he later described as “quite stupid”.

He has maintained that he had no business relationship with Epstein and no involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities.
