Elon Musk and his partner, Shivon Zilis, have welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy named Seldon Lycurgus.
Zilis announced the news in a post on X on Friday. While she did not disclose when Seldon was born, she shared her excitement over their new arrival.
"Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much," she wrote on X.
Musk responded simply with a heart emoji.
A source told PEOPLE that the Tesla CEO "really loves Shivon."
Musk and Zilis, a director at his company Neuralink, first became parents together in November 2021, when they secretly welcomed twins Strider and Azure. The twins' birth was revealed through court documents in July 2022, showing that they were born just weeks before Musk and musician Grimes welcomed their daughter Exa Dark Sideræl via surrogate.
Their third child, Arcadia, was born on 28 February 2024. On Friday, exactly a year later, Zilis marked her daughter’s first birthday with a heartfelt post: "Happy 1st birthday, darling Arcadia. Mommy loves you with all her heart ��."
Musk now has 14 children with four different women. His first son, Nevada Alexander, was born in 2002 with his ex-wife Justine Wilson but tragically passed away at 10 weeks old. The couple later had twins Vivian and Griffin, now 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, 19.
He also shares three children with Grimes: son X Æ A-12, 4, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and son Techno Mechanicus, known as Tau, 2.
In addition to his children with Wilson, Grimes, and Zilis, writer Ashley St. Clair claimed on 14 February that Musk had fathered her son, R.S.C., who was born five months earlier.
"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father," St. Clair wrote in an X post, stating that she had kept the news private for her child’s safety.
Her representative, Brian Glicklich, later stated that St. Clair and Musk had been privately working on a parenting arrangement, adding, "We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation."
On February 28, a judge ordered Musk to appear in court on May 29 regarding the custody of R.S.C.
Musk's growing family has sparked public curiosity, particularly regarding the dynamics between the mothers of his children. In September 2023, Grimes and Zilis publicly addressed their relationship after a reported misunderstanding.
“At the end of the day, it all ended up for the best!” Zilis wrote on X after speaking with Grimes. "So glad we had such a wonderful talk, was insanely overdue. You’re a total badass and I respect you very much as well. I can’t wait for kiddo play date and congrats on baby Tau as well!"
