Elon Musk allegedly fathered baby with Japanese pop star: Report

Billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk is at the center of another personal and professional storm after a New York Times exposé published on May 30 alleged he secretly fathered a child with a Japanese pop star.

According to conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair, who claims she also had a child with Musk in 2024, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO told her he had fathered children “around the world,” including one with an unnamed Japanese singer. “He made it seem like it was just his altruism,” St. Clair said, adding that Musk claimed he would give his sperm to anyone who wanted a child.


St. Clair told the Times that Musk used encrypted messages to keep their relationship hidden, even after they attended Trump’s election night party together at Mar-a-Lago. She said he offered her $15 million and $100,000 per month until their child turned 21 in exchange for her silence. After rejecting the deal, she sued Musk for paternity and child support. Musk responded by seeking a gag order, citing security concerns.

The report also revisits earlier claims about Musk’s recreational drug use, alleging he consumed large amounts of ketamine, ecstasy, and magic mushrooms, and regularly traveled with a pill box containing about 20 medications.

Musk, 53, has long promoted population growth and has now fathered at least 14 children with multiple partners. In addition to children with former partners Justine Wilson, Grimes, and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, Musk reportedly welcomed a child named Romulus with St. Clair and a fourth child, Seldon Lycurgus, with Zilis.

According to an April report from the Wall Street Journal, Musk views his children as a “legion,” a term referring to a Roman military unit, and even texted St. Clair: “To reach legion-level before the apocalypse, we will need to use surrogates.”

The Times report also alleges Musk has used his social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to search for women willing to have his children.

These revelations come just weeks after Musk stepped down from a brief government role at the White House’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to focus on his companies.

Musk has not publicly responded to the allegations.
