Candace Owens has once again ignited a firestorm of speculation surrounding the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. The conservative commentator, who has floated multiple theories since Kirk’s death, took her accusations further in a new episode of her podcast on December 9.

This time, she directed suspicion toward Brian Harpole, Kirk’s own security provider, claiming she received shocking information that reframes the final months of Kirk’s life, including his trip to Asia. Owens’ comments immediately sent social media into uproar, even as she provided no evidence. Her latest claims mark another chapter in a controversy that has grown increasingly chaotic, emotional, and politically charged.

According to Owens, a man in witness protection allegedly told her he saw Harpole at a “high level military meeting in AZ days before Kirk was murdered.” She suggested this might support her repeated theory that the US military played a role in the killing.

But as with her earlier accusations, including claims involving Israeli intelligence, top TPUSA officials, and broader “deep state” plots, Owens again produced no proof. Harpole, who previously spoke publicly about the security setup at Utah Valley University on the night Kirk was fatally shot, has not responded to this new allegation.

Online reactions were swift and polarized. Some users demanded answers, asking, “Why was Brian Harpole leaving a military operation meeting days before Charlie assassination?” But others dismissed Owens entirely, noting the lack of verifiable evidence. Another viral comment amplified conspiracy-driven rhetoric, claiming Owens had “uncorked the motherlode” and accusing unnamed “leftist overlords” of orchestrating assassinations, highlighting the extreme ideological divides fueling the narrative around Kirk’s death.


A more measured summary came from Grok AI, which reminded audiences that these are Owens’ assertions and noted, “Harpole has countered similar claims in past statements.” Meanwhile, authorities continue to treat Tyler Robinson, currently in custody, as the sole suspect.

As speculation rages online, officials insist the investigation’s direction has not changed, leaving Owens’ claims as yet another controversial layer in a case already engulfed by political tension.
