Does it matter if Rishi Sunak is Indian?

It does not matter anymore where politicians like Rishi Sunak are from. What really does is that we build our lives on diversity and humanity

The day Rishi Sunak became the Prime Minister of Britain and the world drowned in discussing him endlessly, the grounds, tables and walls of Silicon Valley shook as an earthquake of 5.1 magnitude struck the Bay Area. Silicon Valley is no stranger to earthquakes. California gets two-three earthquakes each year. But this one was the largest in the Bay Area since 2014 — when a massive 6.0 magnitude earthquake in Napa (famous for its wines) about one-and-a-half hour-drive away had devastated the region.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) had reported that the tremors on October 25 had spanned hundreds of square miles, as far south as Santa Paula, California and as far east as beyond the state and into Nevada. Tuesday’s earthquake had happened along the Calaveras Fault, which is a branch of the San Andreas Fault — responsible for causing frequent quakes in the area — that runs roughly 750 miles through California along the boundary between the Pacific and North American tectonic plates. The Calaveras Fault also connects to the Hayward Fault, creating a long fault and which, if ruptured could create a magnitude 7.5 earthquake in some of the most populated areas of Silicon Valley (San Jose, Hayward, Oakland and so on.)
