Kuwait Airways has introduced a new service allowing passengers to obtain a transit visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while booking their flight tickets. The move is aimed at simplifying travel procedures by integrating visa processing into the airline’s booking system.
The airline said the service is available through all Kuwait Airways sales offices as well as its Customer Service Call Center. Travellers can now complete both ticket and visa arrangements in a single step, reducing the need for separate applications.
Passengers looking to use the service can contact the airline directly. Kuwait Airways has also shared its support channels for assistance, including a WhatsApp service at +965-1802050 and a customer contact line at 171.
To apply for a Saudi transit visa through the airline, passengers are required to submit a few basic documents. These include a personal photograph with a white background, a Civil ID, and a copy of the passport.
The airline’s latest offering is expected to make transit travel through Saudi Arabia more accessible and streamlined, particularly for passengers looking for a quicker and more convenient booking experience.
