‘Secret Stories: Roslin’ OTT release: When and where to watch Meena's psychological thriller online

'Secret Stories: Roslin', an upcoming Malayalam psychological thriller series is set to start OTT streaming.

Directed by Sumesh Nandakumar the thriller series follows a 17-year-old girl haunted by terrifying nightmares of a mysterious, green-eyed stalker. The cast includes Sanjana Dipu, Vineeth, Meena, and Hakim Shahjahan in pivotal roles.

The thriller has already gained attention after award-winning filmmaker Jeethu Joseph shared a video confirming its streaming date. The director, currently working on Drishyam 3, posted the update via Instagram, announcing the release date.

Meena confirms streaming date

In the shared video, actress Meena directly addressed fans with a message that intensified curiosity. She said, "Hello everyone. My first ever Malayalam web series Roslin will be streaming from this Friday onwards. Don't miss it."

The post was filled with comments from fans who love thriller genre. One fan wrote, "Very much excited for Roslin Very promising trailer." Another responded, "Will surely wait it," while more comments followed such as "I'm waiting" and "Queen Meena is back."

A fan wrote in Tamil, "மிகுந்த ஆர்வத்துடன் எதிர்பார்த்து இருக்கிறேன் மேடம்.... சீக்கிரம்... ரிலீஸ் பண்ணுங்க.... காத்திருக்க முடியாது.... can't wait," which translates to "Awaiting with great eagerness madam… Hurry up… Release it… Can't wait."

Story: A teenage girl, her nightmares, and a green-eyed stalker

Based on a story written by Vinayak Sasikumar the thriller centres on Roslin, played by Sanjana Dipu. Each night, she sees a haunting dream. In it, a green-eyed stalker named Jerry looms over her, and the nightmares darken with time.

The twist arrives when Jerry appears in real life as a houseguest. While Roslin’s parents grow fond of him, she becomes convinced that the stranger is hiding something. The series builds its tension around her fear, intuition and determination to uncover the truth. As her nightmares begin blending with reality the psychological drama deepens.

Where to watch

Secret Stories: Roslin will premiere on Jio Hotstar on February 27. The series will be available in seven languages — Malayalam (original), Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi.

On the other hand, Meena will be also seen in Jethu Joseph and Mohanlal's 'Drishyam 3' which will release on April 2 this year.
