TXT brought their signature charm and talent to the forefront at the 2023 SBS Drama Awards, leaving an indelible mark with a memorable performance that captivated both the audience and fellow celebrities.
Taking the stage with their latest title track, ‘Chasing That Feeling’, and the viral B-side ‘Happily Ever After’, TXT set the energy soaring. However, before launching into their celebratory performance, the members took a gracious detour, stepping off the stage to personally present flowers to acclaimed actresses Lee Sung Kyung and Pyo Ye Jin. Adding a playful touch, Huening Kai and Yeonjun wove in references to Lee Sung Kyung's role in ‘Dr. Romantic 3’ and Pyo Ye Jin's contributions to ‘Taxi Driver 2’.
The heartwarming spectacle continued as child stars from various hit dramas joined TXT on stage to groove to the infectious beats of ‘Happily Ever After’. The adorable ensemble featured Ahn Chae Heum from ‘Taxi Driver 2’, Park So Yi from ‘Revenant’, Han Ji An from ‘Dr. Romantic 3’, and Ahn Se Bin from ‘The First Responders’. The sight of these talented young performers left the audience smiling, and even esteemed actress Kim Tae Ri, who later secured a Daesang for her role in ‘Revenant’, couldn't resist capturing the joyous moment on her phone.
The musical extravaganza continued with MAMAMOO's Hwasa delivering a stunning rendition of her soulful ballad, 'LMM’. The stage was further ignited by rock band Guckkasten, who teamed up with actor Shin Jae Ha for a special performance of their song ‘Fighter’ from the soundtrack of the hit drama ‘Taxi Driver 2’. The star-studded evening reached its crescendo as Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung Kyung, and other members of the ‘Dr. Romantic 3’ cast took the stage together for a heartwarming performance of ‘Thank You for the Memories’, a track from their drama's soundtrack.
