has been roped in by
Kakao TV
for its new thriller drama ‘
Goosebumps
’ (literal translation).
After Industry insiders hinting that Minho will be starring in a new drama, his agency
SM Entertainment
confirmed the news today. Minho will be seen in the of an innocent young adult Hoon who is full of curiosity. The story revolves around Hoon falling in love and getting caught in unexpected situations after he starts receiving a mysterious letter.
According to reports, ‘Goosebumps’ will have 8 episodes following different horror stories set against the backdrop of typical everyday life. Directed by Jung Bum Shik of K-Horr ‘Gidam’ and ‘Gonjiam’, the mini-series claims to bring new media content for the viewers.
Earlier, it was Choi Ji Woo who was confirmed for ‘Goosebumps’. However, she won’t be sharing the screen space with Minho in the drama.
‘Goosebumps’ is slated to premiere in the second half of 2021.
On the work front, Minho is shooting for
Kim Go Eun
starrer ‘Yumi’s Cells’. The much-awaited drama will premier on September 17 at 10:50 pm KST.
