As per the latest reports on Korean portals, it was confirmed on June 10 that the actor has locked in on his next project.
The drama 'Office Blind Date' is reportedly based on the hit web novel. The narrative centres around an employee who decides to go on a blind date with her company's CEO, swapping places with a friend and masking her identity.
Ahn will be playing the role of a chaebol of the third generation, Kang Tae Mu, who has got both brains and looks. He is a workaholic with outstanding business abilities who puts work before anything else. Ahn is a dream man for a woman who can not stand lies; however, he struggles with relationships post his previous trauma.
It was first reported that
Jo Bo Ah
would be starring with Ahn as the lead for the drama, but later on, in May, it was reported that Kim Sejeong was in talks to play the character of
Kang Ha Ri
.
On the work front, actor and singer Ahn Hyo Seop made his mark with films such as '30 but 17,' 'Abyss,' and 'Dr. Romantic 2'. He is currently preparing for the historical drama 'Red Sky' alongside actress Kim Yoo Jung.
