KBS 2TV’s ‘Live Your Own Life’ follows the story of Uee, playing Lee Hyo Shim, a kind-hearted personal trainer and devoted daughter who, after prioritizing her family for so long, finally decides to break free and pursue her own happiness. In the last episode, Hyo Shim and Tae Ho's budding romance hit a sudden roadblock. Just after officially becoming Tae Ho's girlfriend, Hyo Shim unexpectedly ended the relationship, citing doubts about being his girlfriend.

The twist unfolded when it was revealed that Hyo Shim had been deeply hurt by Tae Ho's aunt, Sook Hyang (Lee Hwi Hyang), who, upon learning that her son Tae Min had feelings for Hyo Shim, unleashed a barrage of insults. This incident severely damaged Hyo Shim's self-esteem, leading her to believe that she and Tae Ho were incompatible.
