Popular actor Lee Dong Wook, celebrated for his iconic roles in hit K-Dramas such as ‘Goblin’ (also known as ‘Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’), ‘Tale of the Nine Tailed’, ‘Bad and Crazy’, and more, continues to catch audiences’ attention not only with his performances but also with his striking appearance and enviable physique, including his six-pack abs.
Recently, Lee Dong Wook graced the pages of Vogue Man Hong Kong Magazine's cover story. The majority of the images presented Lee Dong Wook in timeless black and white, perfectly complementing his classic appeal. The actor effortlessly pulled off various looks with finesse. However, amidst the monochrome elegance, a delightful surprise awaited as a selection of vibrant, in-color photos emerged, revealing a more playful and adventurous side of Lee Dong Wook. Adorned in a striking pink and purple tropical print attire, accompanied by stylish Louis Vuitton glasses reminiscent of Johnny Depp's iconic portrayal of Willy Wonka, Lee Dong Wook left fans swooning.
With just the right amount of tease, Lee Dong Wook left his shirt slightly unbuttoned, offering a glimpse of his toned physique and moles. Paired with perfectly styled hair and a tropical print, the photoshoot hints at the summer time of sun-kissed bliss and leisure. Following the release of the images, fans worldwide found themselves immersed in a whirlwind of excitement and adulation.
In the interview, Lee Dong-wook spoke about his prep for an upcoming drama and shared, as reported by kbizoom, “My current life motto or vision is to focus on reality and I want to look at myself in a more objective way. Since I’m preparing for a new drama, the most important thing at this stage is completing a good project. Of course, I really want to surprise viewers by taking on roles I’ve never played before in the future.”
Spekaing about 'A Shop for Killers', the actor added, "I wanted to try a drama that I had never done before. I spent a long time considering the character, but the drama already met both conditions. I put a lot of effort into expressing special feelings to show the characters’ special family relationships." In the interview, Lee Dong-wook also expressed that he lives an ordinary life, which revolves around workout, housework and occasional catching up with friends for a drink.
