According to reports by Money Today, a complaint has been filed with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency by an attorney accusing Han Seo Hee of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes, specifically for offences related to obscenity using communication media, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, for defamation.
The screenshots of the scandalous KakaoTalk chat were reportedly leaked by Han Seo Hee herself in a Kakao Open Chatroom titled 'Lonely Chat.' The conversation allegedly shows Han Seo Hee inviting 'A,' believed to be Ahn Hyo Seop to spend the night with her, and later threatening him. The complainant alleges that the actress then shared the conversation in an open chatroom, damaging the lead actor's reputation by implying sexual relations between them.
The complaint also raises suspicions regarding Han Seo Hee's motives, pointing out her history of drug-related controversies and her alleged use of connections in the entertainment industry to engage in disputes with celebrities.
While at first reports claimed that Han Seo Hee dismissed the conversation as nothing more than a 'fabricated' image, evidence now suggests otherwise.
The complainant argues that the man 'A' has suffered irreparable damage to his reputation as a result of the leaked chat.
