Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun case update: Actress’s mother presents new evidence to support claims

According to recent updates, another major lead has come forward in the ongoing legal case involving Kim Soo Hyun and the late Kim Sae Ron. The latter’s mother has shared new evidence, continuing her alleged claims that the two actors were involved with one another when her daughter was only a minor. She revealed 4 pieces of crucial evidence to back her claims.As per reports shared by the news outlet OSEN, Kim Sae Ron’s mother has shared new evidence to the public through her legal representatives. In a statement she shared, “I am Sae-ron's mother. After much thought, I have gathered the courage to write this. Our case is currently under investigation. The investigative authorities have advised both parties to refrain from contacting the press, and we have accepted their recommendation.”She revealed four pieces of evidence to the public on November 26. The first was a series of texts and a statement as well by Sae Ron’s unnamed acquaintance. They had stated that the ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Okay’ actor had driven the young actress to the airport, which happened when she was still a minor. It also read that she had changed her cats' names to match Soo Hyun’s drama series, ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun.’ She named them ‘Sun’ and ‘Moon’.The second evidence was a message sent by her daughter on September 28, 2017. It was alleged that the messages were shared with Kim Soo Hyun before he officially enlisted in the military on October 23, 2017. The messages were about the actress saying how she wanted to spend time with him before his enlistment. An excerpt from the text read, “I can’t say that I want to spend every day together with you? You don’t want to? Is that how you feel? Your feelings? Do you want me to say it for real? It’s depressing, really depressing, but I’m not saying this just because you’re going to the military, I’m going to speak for real, so listen up.”She also shared screenshots of text messages that took place between the two actors in February 2018. They showed how the two interacted, with the actress’s mother specifically questioning the use of heart emoticons and the use of nicknames. The last piece of evidence was a message/letter that the ‘Mirror of the Witch’ actress had shared with Kim Soo Hyun. This had already been released by her legal representatives. The letter consisted primarily of the actress talking about uploading a photo and feeling sorry about it. She had also expressed how “uncomfortable” she was around her management company’s employees at the time. A part of the letter read, “After I left the agency, no one would respond to my requests to talk. I didn’t want to bother you. I truly wish for you to be happy. We had been dating for 5-6 years, you were my first love and my last love, so I wish you wouldn’t avoid me. Seeing you avoid me and not even acknowledging me makes me feel like all the time we spent together was meaningless. Can we please stay friends?”
