Parineeti Chopra to make OTT series debut with 'Talaash: A Mother’s Search'
After embracing motherhood, Parineeti Chopra is set to return to the screen with her upcoming web series Talaash: A Mother’s Search. The project marks her OTT series debut and presents the actor in an intense, emotionally driven avatar.

A gripping story of loss and resilience

'Talaash: A Mother’s Search' delves deep into themes of grief, hope and survival. The story follows a mother searching for her missing daughter in a world where trust becomes dangerous. In the teaser, Parineeti is seen putting up missing posters and announcing a reward of Rs 15 lakh for anyone who can help trace her child. As the tension escalates, her character learns to stay constantly alert—questioning every relationship and trusting no one, not even family. The narrative blends suspense with deeply human emotions, promising a raw and intense viewing experience.

Strong cast and creative team

The series is directed by Rensil D’Silva. Alongside Parineeti Chopra, the show features a powerful ensemble cast including Soni Razdan, Anup Soni, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Sumeet Vyas in key roles.

Motherhood, mindfulness and a new phase

Talaash marks Parineeti Chopra’s first project since welcoming her son with husband Raghav Chadha last year. Recently, the actor spoke about mindfulness in a video shared on her YouTube channel.
She said, “If your mind is positive, your body follows it. I see that a lot of people start using their phones as soon as they wake up. And the worst habit is that they start scrolling as soon as they wake up.”She added, “That’s what I do. I chant Hanuman Chalisa as soon as I wake up in the morning. Or I chant Namami Shamisham.”Sharing her outlook on life, she further stated, “Life should be like this. I have realised as I am growing older that mindset is everything—how you react to everything, what perception you have. That is the most important thing. And the most important thing for me is my health and my fitness.”
