Days ago, it was reported that David Craig had filed for divorce from his now estranged wife, Sai De Silva. Now, the ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ star is finally breaking her silence. The TV show star shared an update with the world and issued an official statement about the divorce case.

Taking to her social media handles on April 4, the famed TV star opened up about the recent developments in her life. Addressing the divorce report with David Craig, she wrote about how grateful she was for all of the “kindness, grace, and support” that had been sent her way following the announcement.

She added, “I’m overwhelmed by all your messages and it truly means more than you know. My heart is with my children, and my focus is on giving them as much stability and love as possible. Living life publicly isn’t always easy, but it’s a reminder that we should all lead with compassion. You never really know what someone is navigating behind the scenes.”

At the time of writing, David Craig has yet to post a public statement about the divorce filing.

Sai De Silva rose to fame for her stint in ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’, and has been a well-known name in the entertainment circle. She and Craig had met for the first time in 2009, when they were in Costa Rica for a trip. Later on, after dating for a few years, the two got married in a private ceremony in 2017.
