Caught on cam: Woman constable assaults lady for feeding dog in Pune, gets suspended

A shocking incident took place in Pune's Dhayari area. In the incident, a woman constable was observed brutally employing a chokehold on another lady who was feeding dogs in the society. The constable was stationed at the Shivajinagar police headquarters. According to the victim's medical report, she suffered severe injuries, including significant contusions around her neck, indicative of strangulation, and a distressing nosebleed. Following the incident, the woman constable was suspended. The entire assault episode was captured on camera and widely circulated on social media.
