They have been with each other for close to 8 years now. And looks like television sweethearts Sanjay Gagnani and Poonam Preet may get married by the end of this year. While speaking to us in Indore, the Kundali Bhagya actor admitted that they may be tying the knot soon. "Our parents are going to have a round table conference soon to finalise the dates" he shares.
