Shamita Shetty has managed to earn herself a newfound fan-following after her stint in ‘Bigg Boss 15’. One of the finalists on the controversial reality show, Shamita spent almost half of the previous year in the locked house only, first in 'Bigg Boss OTT' and then in 'Bigg Boss 15'. But, now the actress is out and trying to relive her normal life. However, the actress has recently revealed that she is seeking therapy as her anxiety level increased inside the 'Bigg Boss' house and she is still dealing with it. While calling the show emotionally ‘taxing’, Shamita, in a conversation with a journalist said that ‘it takes a lot of healing once you come out of the house. Mera anxiety level ghar ke andar bohot hi badh gaya tha and I already had anxiety issues, so it's definitely something I am dealing with. I have a therapist, who is very good. Mujhe at least pata hai ki yeh jo phases aate hai, temporary phases hai.' She further added, 'I wouldn't say I am 100% back to my life out here. You know what I mean? Thoda time lag raha hai. And I didn't realise this. Jab bohot saare log mere aas paas hua karte the, I would feel very strange and unfortunately for me, my birthday was in a few days, so I had to see a lot of people but I wanted to run away.' Earlier, in a conversation with ETimes, Shamita opened up on her 'Bigg Boss' journey and said, 'I am so happy that people gave me this chance to show my true self. I am so happy they kept me till the end and let me play this game my way. There were moments when I really broke down in the house. It was very difficult to digest and absorb the things that were being said to me. It was horrible. It is a horrible feeling for anyone to have. But luckily I managed to put myself together and come back stronger each time. I continued my journey and I am glad that I reached the end.' For more news and updates, stay tuned to ETimes.
