Romit stated that he got his first paycheque when he was in college and did his first ad shoot and he gave the money earned to his mother. When asked about his first audition Romit revealed that he never had to do any audition for his first work as they saw his photo and the director stated that he is the one we want in the show. Romit stated that he definitely had auditioned for his first TV show Shaka Laka Boom Boom, for which there were 300-plus people waiting for it and he was the one who got selected in the show.
