Mrinal Deshraj cooks a delicious poha during lockdown

Mrinal Deshraj made Poha for TOI's cooking segment. The actress shared that Poha is quite healthy and easy to cook. Mrinal used organic ghee, some chopped vegetables, boiled peanuts and potatoes to make the dish. She added salt, jeera and other masalas in her kadhai with the rest of the stuff. She then added poha which had been soaked already to the veggies. She stirred it on a slow gas and mixed everything well. To avoid dryness, she put tomatoes and water in it. It was kept to steam and then garnished with coriander.
