Ekta Kapoor's newest show Kavach which will soon mark the fiction debut of Mahek Chahal and return of Mona Singh on TV seems to have hit a roadblock. Mahek, who is playing the antagonist Manjulika, met with an accident and the actress is currently not shooting.
