Here's all you need to know about India's favourite 'Ram' Arun Govil and his family

As the novel coronavirus crisis grabs the world by the scruff of its neck, television channels brought back their popular shows for fans amidst the lockdown. And with the return of one such show 'Ramayan', India's favourite 'Ram', Arun Govil, has once again entered the hearts of his fans. In an interview, Arun revealed how people used to gather around for his blessings because of his character. While 'Ramayan' was a landmark in his career, his fans refused to see him in any other role. Arun later opened a production company along with his co-star, Sunil Lahri, who used to play the character of Laksham. Talking about his personal life, Arun married Marathi actress, Shrilekha, with whom he has a son Amal and a daughter Sonika. Arun's son is now married and his daughter Sonika is doing a job in Mumbai.
