Christmas means cheat day for Gautam Rode

A number of high-profile Christmas lunches and parties are hosted in Bollywood every year, and for many actors marking their presence at such parties is a must, but Gautam Rode prefers a quiet lunch with his close friends on Christmas rather than being at any high-profile gathering. The actor told us that for the past few years he has been spending his Christmas at a friend’s place in Mumbai, where most of his old and close friends assemble for lunch. Gautam is known to be a fitness freak and is very strict with his diet and workout. The actor says that even while he is shooting for 12-14 hours each day, he never misses his workout. In fact, he created a mini gym on sets of shows like Suryaputra Karn to stay regular with his workout, but he says Christmas is one festival when he doesn’t mind binging on chocolates and cakes. The actor says that some of his best memories of Christmas are from his school days. He did his schooling from Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan.
